SECTION 22 – AVAILABILITY & PRICING

Items with an active order button are available and will usually ship within 72 hours.

Since our automated pricing system updates continuously based on Japanese market prices, sometimes price fluctuations occur. Compensation for price drops, unfortunately cannot be offered.

Shipping fees displayed for some products are based on weight information provided by manufacturers, which in some cases, can be incorrect. If this happens, you will be contacted in regards to the difference in shipping fees.

In rare cases, items can be displayed as available, while they are in fact sold out. If this happens, you will be contacted directly.

SECTION 23 – PRE-ORDERS / BACK-ORDERS

Pre-orders & back-orders are required to be paid when you place them. Unfortunately, we currently cannot accept delayed or partial payments unless otherwise specified or agreed by us.

In cases of manufacturer stock shortages, pre-order items will be offered on a first come, first served basis. Unfulfilled orders will be refunded in full. Preorder unit allocations are fully dependent on the manufacturer, and we will not be held liable nor accountable for their stock shortages. 

Full Payment and Balance Payment for pre-orders / Back-orders are required to be fully paid within 48 hours by the buyer once stock has been announced as available, a communication requesting for full payment will be duly forwarded to the buyer. Method of communication will be at the sole discretion of the company on how it sees fit to effectively communicate to the buyer. 

However, if in any event/s or circumstance/s, balance payment and full payment from buyer has not been received by the company after 7 calendar days from the day of communication of the ‘in-stock’ item, the pre-order/back-order will be deemed as cancelled and the deposit/booking fee paid earlier by the buyer will be forfeited without further due notice/s from the company. The said order will be deemed as cancelled and monies (deposit) paid will be non-refundable. The company reserves the right to withhold any refund/s (or deposits paid by the buyer), and will not be obliged to compensate any whatsoever losses incurred by the buyer arising from/cause by any circumstances from the buyer’s failed payment within the stipulated time.

If you order an available item together with a pre-order item, your order will be shipped once all items have become available unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping weights and sizes are based on estimates provided by the manufacturer prior to release. It is possible that the provided information turns out to be wrong, in which case the correct information will be updated in due time or when it comes to our attention.

Release dates & stock arrival dates are subjected to changes. The dates on the product pages will usually be up-to-date, however delayed adjustments are possible. We will update information in the product pages if there are any changes on dates of stock releases or stock arrivals on best effort basis.

Some pre-order items may be announced with pre-order bonuses. Information about these bonuses or their quantity are based on estimates provided by manufacturer and might differ from the initial information. In cases where pre-order bonuses are not mentioned in the English product title, they will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis as long as stock is available.

We can generally ship your pre-order shortly after the arrival date.

Pre-orders cancelled up to 14 days prior to the release date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the item price, with the minimum fee being RM40.

Cancellations beyond this deadline will be charged a 15% cancellation-fee of the pre-ordered item(s), the minimum fee being RM50.
Free cancellations cannot be given for delayed release dates or delayed arrivals.
